My name is Ryan Conan. I'm a senior exercise science major studying at Southern Utah University. I am 24 years old and I am about to graduate this spring. I plan on going into coaching and exercise therapy, so this project will allow me to gain experience in working with others and developing workout plans for my athletes and future clients.
